Ardenwald Park is located across the street from the Ardenwald Elementary School. It offers a playground, grassy amphitheater, sheltered picnic area, and street parking.
Balfour Park was completed in 2025 after years of fundraising efforts by the community.
Ball-Michel Park is a completed park located in the Lewelling Neighborhood.
Bowman-Brae is one of the newest parks in the area, completed in 2024.

Dogwood Park is located in downtown Milwaukie and features a grassy picnic area, sculptural art installation, and parking.
Elk Rock Island is a 13.6 acre natural area located in the Willamette River. Though an island for much of the year, it is accessible by foot during the dry summer months, when the river's water level drops.
Furnberg Park is a completed park. It features a soccer field, playground, picnic table, short trail, and a small parking lot.
Homewood Park features a playground, trail, and street parking.
Milwaukie Bay Park is an 8.5 acre work in progress, located on Milwaukie's Willamette River waterfront, just west of downtown. It currently features a boat ramp, path, restrooms, and parking, including spots reserved for vehicles towing boat trailers.
Minthorn Springs Wetland is owned and maintained by The Wetlands Conservancy.
North Clackamas Park features a playground, baseball/softball fields, dog park, trail, picnic areas, shelter, restrooms, and parking.
Kronberg Park features a multi-use path that provides continuity from downtown Milwaukie, over the Kellogg Creek bike and pedestrian bridge, to the Trolley Trail at the southern end of the park, across SE McLoughlin Blvd.
Sara Hite Memorial Rose Garden is a 1 acre formal rose garden located near the entrance of North Clackamas Park.
Scott Park is located next to Ledding Library in downtown Milwaukie.
Spring Park is located in the Island Station Neighborhood, near the Willamette River. It features a playground, picnic area, and limited street parking.
Water Tower Park is located on the border between the Ardenwald and Lewelling Neighborhoods.
